Haven’t moved in yet, but so far it has been great. The apartments are super nice! Garett has been great to work with, he’s very patient and helpful with any questions, and very personable. I am excited to live at Wingspan!

I got excellent service from the manager and assistant manager, and they worked with me when I had other events pop up to help suit my needs.

I went to 11 complexes in one day looking for a place to call home in Utah and was ready to call it quits until I walked into the Wingspan office and chatted with the best property manager I have ever encountered! Garrett told me he could make it happen same day and he definitely delivered. Wingspan has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 28 years of renting! The apartments are beautiful and the floor plans are well thought out. Any issues are quickly resolved. Garrett and Hayley are incredibly service-oriented and personable. My kids and I absolutely love it here and never want to leave. I am so appreciative of the efficient and pleasant service after a very frustrating apartment hunt. Kudos to Wingspan for their superior team!!!

Excellent! My experience from first call to tour to choosing an apartment here has been excellent! Garrett has been awesome through the whole rental process. He made everything seamless and easy. Great communication. The apartments are new, beautiful and with the inclusion of a setup router /wifi, tankless water heater, and washer and dryer, they are (to me) some great perks. If you are looking for a new place, this is a great place to check out.

I have had nothing but positive experiences so far. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautifully designed. The finishes are high-quality, and I appreciate the attention to detail that went into the design. In addition to the physical amenities, Garett is awesome! He is very caring for all residents, and makes the process as easy as possible along with being very transparent!

Beautiful apartment, love the amenities, spacious rooms, and balcony! The apartment managers are very helpful and if there is a problem they work with you to fix it asap!

Great place to live was super easy getting all moved in. Manager is absolutely fantastic. Very transparent and honest. If you’re looking for somewhere to live this is the place to do it💪
