I just moved in a couple weeks ago, but had everything arranged about a month and a half ago. Garrett is easy to work with. Was able to handle everything by phone and email. It made my move from Michigan easy.

The management is great they came in on a Sunday so we could get our keys. It's been great to have an amazing apartment with amazing management.

It’s like walking through the mountains! Picturesque views of the Wasatch front! 4 stories, that give you the options for you to choose, your own view! Quiet, Safe, Well Lighted, On site Maintenance 24/7. Family oriented, friendly management! Pool, Gym, PickleBall, Dog Park, and much more…..I have been here since Opening Day, I am very pleased! Recommend to anyone looking for a NEW HOME!!

Been living here about a month, so far it’s been great. Garett and Hayley have been great as well and easy to contact. Obviously the complex is still under construction, but we look forward to everything that will be available to residents in the future!

Wingspan Apartments
This is our first time renting and needed something quick. We looked at other complexes and then came here to Wingspan. We liked the new apartments, it has easy access off Hinckley Dr or Midland Dr, it has a very comfortable feel and nice neighbors, it is also pet friendly. The Manager (Garrett) and assistant manager (Hayley) are easy to work with and friendly.
