I’ve lived here for almost 2 months now, and I have zero complaints! Garrett and Hayley were awesome to work with and very friendly! Best experience I’ve ever had with renting!!

Management was very cooperative and made the moving process very easy. When we did move in, the apartment was completely ready in all aspects. My new neighbors are also very friendly, always saying high when you walk by which is rare thing nowadays. I’m excited to be a part of this community and watch it grow!

My Fiancé and I had such an amazing experience with them finding an apartment. They have great communication. Garett is very friendly and understanding. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for an apartment

Garett and Hayley have made the process of getting our first apartment so easy! They were super nice and explained everything clearly. We truly were giving up hope that we would find a place to call our own. We’ve loved being here so far and being treated not as tenants but as friends! This is a place I can see us staying at for quite a while!

Great Apartment
Wingspan Apartments is now my new home. I could not be happier making the decision to move here. The interior finishes are high end with plenty of space. The management staff are knowledgeable and kind. The vision for the complex with the forthcoming amenities is top notch. Great location, minutes to I-15. Take the time to check this complex out if looking for an apartment, you won’t be disappointed.
